The CPRA annual meeting and potluck dinner will be held at the Community Hall in Benson Village next to the Old School. Speaker will be Ron Morgan. He will give a presentation on General Arthur St Clair’s decision to retreat from Ticonderoga and Mount Independence along the route of the Military Road through Hubbardton to Rutland and connecting with the Crown Point Road. Following the meeting, interested people will be able to explore two nearby cemeteries. Bring your place setting and a dish to share. The public is welcome to the meeting and/or the lecture.
