Traditionally there is an outing at the Hubbardton Battlefield Historic Site on the 3rd Sunday of June. So on that date, June 18th, a site interpreter will lead a hike to explore a Hubbardton section of the 1776-77 military road that ran from Mount Independence through Hubbardton and on to Rutland. Wear boots, one section is likely to be wet.
